It's a girl!
Wilde Hope Harvey
Born June 18th 2018 at 5:26pm
8 pounds 4 ounces 19.5 inches long
I'm so excited to announce the birth of our 3rd daughter! And now the chances of us having a boy isn't looking very good... But we're so thankful that Wilde Hope is here and is doing so well.
She stole our hearts 4 weeks ago now! So blessed by her and we're feeling our hearts healing more and more with her arrival.
An interesting fact about her birthday.
I actually wrote on my calandar on that Monday, June 18th – "baby please?!" I hoped that it was the day we would welcome our baby. Mainly because of the double diget birthday theme that we had, I wanted to keep that up.
Journey Mae was born 11/11/14
Haven Rose was born 1/17/17
AND now we have...
Wilde Hope born on 6/18/18
How cool is that?!
Here's some photos of Wilde that first few days of life. xo
Also, I'm working on posting the birth story so stay tunned for that! For those birth nerds out there like me, who love to read birth story! (yes, please!)
Another fun random piece of information, is that when I was going into labor I was listening to a birth story on a podcast by The Birth Hour. ;) And for those intersted, a review of the baby nest called Bubnest, in these photos coming to the blog too!
It's already been almost 2 months since our newest member, Wilde Hope, came onto the scene. She's already changed and grown so much since her birth and we're trying to soak up all these precious tiny days with her.
This is the fast and furious birth story of our third little girl. This is part 2 of the birth story but the good stuff is in this post ;)
When we got pregnant back in September 2017, just eight months after the stillbirth of our baby girl, I knew this pregnancy would bring many emotions.

We’re getting real excited over here as we’re day’s away from getting welcome our rainbow babe. Could still be weeks, so who’s counting?
Each year I try to get a sense for what this year will bring and I try to give it a theme. A word to hold onto when maybe things get hard.
